Customer Service Overview
Our customer service team takes pride in proactively ensuring each customer has a great experience with H.I.P. and the products we install. Our “team” is actually comprised of three geographic teams whose responsibility is to facilitate the installation of each customer’s product.
Our customer service teams are the core of H.I.P. We work with every department in the company and get to know each customer and their individual needs. We work hard to make sure each customer’s installation is met with 100% satisfaction.
